recipes to share!

We love banana bread, if only because it uses up those bananas that get a little too squishy for kids to want to eat (just like we adore zucchini bread for it's ability to use up the zucchini that grow too big or too prolifically!). Katy at Sycamore Stirrings shared a great banana muffin recipe that's an awesome change of pace from banana bread. We tried it and oh, it is so delicious. Also, Ginger at Thinking Outside the Recipe has a great-sounding recipe for something she calls 'zeal balls.' They sound tasty, and like they'd use up that aforementioned zucchini surplus I see on my summer horizon. Plus, it seems like the recipe would be pretty adaptable to whatever you've got on hand.
