Okay, maybe saying 'healthy food' is wrong. My kids, at least, will eat a lot of healthy foods. But when things aren't going down well at the dinner table we sometimes break out the sprinkles to make things seem more palatable. Sure, you have to be judicious (steak and sprinkles?), but for foods such as plain yogurt and oatmeal you can put sprinkles at the bottom of the bowl to be a surprise as the food is stirred or eaten (we use animal-shaped sprinkles for this)!
